Auckland and Waiheke Island or the Dengie?

I like the city Auckland especially after visiting dirty Los Angeles with all the poor homeless people on the streets. Auckland is reasonably clean with all the best bits of London and a US city without the rat race and stupid king size Americans asking where is France? Every day seems like a holiday over here with all the travellers walking around bare foot. I like the idea of working in New Zealand’s largest city and I have found an ideal commute and area to live. The rest of New Zealand call people Jafa’s from Auckland. Which I think stands for ‘Just another f*cking Aucklander’?

Waiheke Island is just 45 minutes away on a small ferry and is absolute paradise, well… I suppose a diet coke of paradise, it’s very nice. I couldn’t find a boozer equivalent to my local pub and I may miss the strange marsh folk from the Dengie but there is always comprises!

I can quite happily sit under a tree or on a beach all day ogling everything. As long as it’s nice and sunny.
